msac 1In a major leap for collaborative and knowledge-driven governance, DILG Aurora convened the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) on May 8, 2025, culminating in the formal adoption of the Knowledge Management (KM) Framework via Tambuli MSAC Resolution No. 2025-01.

msac 1The KM Audit, facilitated by MSAC Secretariat and LGRC Focal Person LGOO V Gerald Philip DC. Esteves, utilized Social Network Analysis (SNA) and KM Organizational Capability Assessment to map how knowledge flows across the network and identify areas for improvement. These tools revealed key strengths and gaps in inter-agency coordination.

Participating stakeholders included: DILG, DTI, DENR, DOH, DepEd, PSA, PNP, BFP, AFP, PDEA, PCL, PICE, WUP, and ACS.

The session also featured an FY 2025 Action Planning Workshop, where agencies identified joint initiatives and strategic partnerships to strengthen local governance and service delivery.

With the KM Framework now adopted, TAMBULI and MSAC reaffirm their commitment to innovative, inclusive, and accountable governance for a stronger Aurora.
