On March 3, 2025, the DILG Aurora Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT), in collaboration with the LGU inspectorate team, conducted a site inspection of the ongoing project funded through FY 2023 Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGU (LGSF-FALGU). The project, which is supported by a Php 5,000,000.00 national subsidy, involves the concreting of a 0.461 km road, 6.1 meters wide, that will significantly enhance accessibility and support local economic growth.
The inspection team from DILG Aurora, composed of LGOO VI Florenz Zaira B. Buenconsejo, Engr. III Rosanna C. Hernandez, and Engr. II Kenny Jean N. Iniwan, along with the Local Project Monitoring Committee members from the LGU, conducted a thorough validation and assessment of the ongoing project. Their meticulous review ensures that the project adheres to all design specifications and construction standards, guaranteeing its quality and successful implementation.

After the site validation, an exit conference was held with key stakeholders to review the findings, offer recommendations, and identify necessary improvements. This collaborative discussion aimed to ensure the project's quality, address any challenges, and maintain its timely completion.
Engr. Hernandez further emphasized that, in light of the Public Works Ban, it is essential for Local Government Unit (LGU) officials to obtain a Certificate of Exemption. This is necessary to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of their ongoing infrastructure projects during the ban period. Failure to obtain the certificate may lead to delays or interruptions in these essential initiatives, which are crucial for the community's development and progress.
