The Municipality of San Felipe Road Clearing Team headed by Mayor Leo John M. Farrales, with representatives from the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Civil Society Organization and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted series of road inspection throughout the municipality on January 21 and 22, 2021 to evaluate compliance to the national government’s directive to clear roads from obstructions.

All roads of the eleven component barangays were validated based on their compliance reports noted by the municipal mayor and submitted to the local DILG Office.

The team also directed the Punong Barangays to ensure the maintenance of cleared roads within their area of responsibility— a part of the preparation for the upcoming validation of the municipality’s overall compliance with the DILG Memoranda Circular No. 2020-145, 2020-027, and 2020-036.

Likewise, a regular inspection on the road clearing accomplishments and feedbacking with the Punong Barangays were scheduled every Monday at the Mayor’s Office.
