Composed of the Peace and Order Council (POC) , Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC), Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (TF-ELCAC), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (DRRMC) , Solid Waste Management Board, Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) , Local Council on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), and the Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) , each council presented their actions taken, plans for the second semester and proposed measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  The meeting focused on the impacts of the municipal ordinances and executive orders that supported the actions and directives of the National Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) in the fight against COVID-19. As a result of the effective and strict implementation of these orders, a significant drop in the recorded crimes and untoward incidents of the LGU was observed.

Vice Chair of the POPS Cluster, Hon. Vice-Mayor Rizal G. Salih, Jr., lauded the efforts of everyone especially the barangays since the declaration of the community quarantine. He encouraged everyone to learn to adjust to the present situation and continue to support and follow the directives of the government.

Hon. Mayor Eleanor D. Dominguez likewise advocated the Disiplina Muna Campaign- emphasizing that as we prepare for the new normal, we should also be disciplined in following the minimum health standards to keep us free from the virus. She thanked everyone who volunteered, particularly the Civil Society Organizations who really helped and are still helping the Municipality in maintaining its zero-active COVID-19 case status, as well as the peace and order and public safety situation of the LGU. “All of us must work together to achieve better results”, she added
