On January 26, 2024, the DILG Pampanga convened its first Provincial Team Conference for the year. The meeting consists of sharing updates, discussing ongoing projects, and addressing prevailing challenges or concerns. Each section within the provincial office meticulously delved into the salient features of these guidelines, fostering a collective understanding among field officers.

A significant highlight of the conference was the launch of ACCESS (Automated Connectivity, data-Control, Evaluation, and Service delivery System). This proprietary system, exclusive to DILG Pampanga, is designed to streamline the linkage and access of Google links, services, records, and other essential data. The primary objective is to simplify access for both the provincial office and field offices, ensuring seamless retrieval of relevant links, from reports to human resource downloadable forms.

Since January is a Self-Love Month, it also served as an opportunity to focus on nurturing and appreciating oneself. This celebration encouraged all DILG Pampanga personnel to prioritize their well-being, embrace self-compassion, and engage in activities that promote self-love and personal growth.

The PTC set the stage for a year of informed collaboration, streamlined processes, and a nurturing environment where self-love is recognized as an integral aspect of professional growth.
