The Gawad Sinukuan of DILG Pampanga, now on its fourth year, embraced the theme entitled, “Sikhay: Alab ng Puso, Siklab ng Hiraya”, was successfully conducted on December 12, 2025 at Greene Manor Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The event celebrated the resilience, unwavering dedication, and collective strength of every employee of DILG Pampanga—honoring not only their accomplishments, but also their commitment to public service, their passion for excellence, and their enduring spirit of malasakit for the people and communities they serve.
