Olongapo City- Olongapo City Government formally accepted the 6-storey new Gordon College Building donated by SM Prime Holdings, Inc. on July 27.

A turn-over ceremony, unveiling of the marker blessing and ribbon-cutting was held in the new college building.

In the turn-over ceremony, City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino, together with City Vice-Mayor Aquilino Y. Cortez, City Councilors, and Dr. Imelda DP. Soriano, College President, Gordon College, accepted the symbolic turn-over key from Operation Vice-President Bien C. Mateo, SM Prime Holdings, Inc.

In his acceptance speech, City Mayor Paulino expressed thanks to the kind-hearted people particularly to the SM Prime Holdings, Inc. executives.

The 300 million worth building is equipped with an elevator, 57 classrooms, audio-visual room with a radio station, other fully-air conditioned rooms and laboratories, and WIFI. It can also accommodate 5,000 students.
