A total of 18 out of 18 City/Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) in the Province of Tarlac garnered High Functional Ratings during the 2023 ADAC Table Validation on May 11, 2023 at DILG Provincial Office, Tarlac City, Tarlac.

 The ADAC Provincial Audit Team composed of Dir. Armi V Bactad, PCOL Erwin O. Sanque, Provincial Director of Tarlac Provincial Police Office, IO I Ronamel N. Reyes of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Ms. Jackielyn Sagun of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry- Tarlac Chapter, and Ms. Jenna Panaligan of Bigkis Task Force, Inc. assessed the LGUs' respective ADAC functionalities, wherein 9 of the 18 with high functional scores reached a perfect 100 - making them closer to the goal of becoming ADAC National Awardees.

During the assessment, recommendations, ideas, and strategies were also developed between the DILG, PDEA, PNP, and partner CSOs to further strengthen the capacities of the LGUs on their drug-clearing programs, being a major indicator of the prestigious assessment.

Also present during the table validation were Cluster Leaders LGOO VII Jeffrey Manalastas and LGOO VII Danilo Rillera, OIC-Program Manager LGOO V Justeene Henrielle Tuliao, Monitoring and Evaluation Section Chief and ADAC focal person LGOO V Camille Ann Transfiguracion, and Technical Staff LGOO Karl Anne Domingo.

Anti-drug Abuse Council Functionality Audit is an annual assessment of local ADACs that covers 5 pillars - structure of Local ADACs; allocation of substantial amount to ADAC programs, projects and activities (PPAs); implementation of said PPAs; provision of support to their component ADACs; conduct of meetings; and lastly, their innovations.
