DILG Region III's 2021 Year-End Evaluation cum Awarding of Best Performing DILG Provinces and HUCs, with the theme "Pagpupugay at Parangal para sa Matino, Mahusay at Maaasahang Paglilingkod" was conducted on December 20, 2021.

 This was held in order to recognize the efforts and commitment of the DILG R3 Field Offices that undoubtedly contributed to the attainment of the region's overall performance for the current year. Likewise, the presented accomplishments demonstrated an overall percentage of 96% in terms of the Department's Programs, Projects and Activities implementation as per the region's Operations Plan and Budget (OPB) for the year 2021.

In his message, DILG R-3 Regional Director Karl Caesar R. Rimando congratulated and thanked everyone for a very good 2021. He also highlighted that the region's overall accomplishments is the fruit of everybody's hard work especially the field officers who are the Department's frontliners in PPA implementation. Director Rimando also briefly shared his plans for the region this coming 2022.

Towards the end of the activity, Assistant Regional Director Jay Timbreza expressed his gratitude to everyone for a successful year and urged all personnel to remain committed in the performance of their functions and responsibilities.

On-site attendees include the Division Chiefs, Provincial and HUC Directors and other regional office personnel while all other regional and field offices officers and staff attended via Zoom on-line platform.
