A coaching session with the Provincial Health Office was spearheaded by the DILG Pampanga coaching team on November 11, 2021 to provide technical assistance to the said office in the preparation of the Province's Devolution Transition Plan (DTP).

 The activity is a follow-through on the first session conducted last November 5, 2021, with members of the Provincial Devolution Transition Committee (PDTC). This time, members of the PHO as well as administrative officers from the province's district hospitals sat down with the DILG Pampanga coaching team to go over the details of the devolution transition plan.

Cluster Team Leader LGOO VII Yvette Cosio and LGOO V Mark Kevin Salonga led the discussion on DTP formulation and highlighted the important components of each annex. They also answered queries from the participants and provided clarifications on issues raised during the session.
Pursuant to the provision of Executive Order No. 138, all provinces are given until December 12, 2021, to submit their final and approved DTP.
