To establish a monitoring tool of the activities being conducted by the different divisions, sections and units at the Regional Office, a Coaching on the Regional Monthly Calendar of Activities using the Google calendar application was conducted on April 28, 2021 via Zoom online platform.

 The activity was participated in by regional office personnel from the three divisions including the Office of the Regional Director. The main objective of the activity was to equip the participants with the needed knowledge and skills on how to use the Google calendar application.

Regional Information and Communication Technology Unit (RICTU) staff facilitated the activity by presenting the features and a walkthrough of the Google Calendar application highlighting on the setting of schedules and activity details in respective Google mail account of the divisions.

The regional monthly calendar of activities is maintained through the LGRRC Online Resource Portal (tinyurl.com/LGRRC3online) and posted in the DILG Region III website (region3.dilg.gov.ph). It is aimed to avoid coinciding activities (both on-line and face-to-face) at the Regional Office. This will also serve as guide to all regional and field offices' personnel on the various activities scheduled by the Regional Office operating units.##
