In preparation for the upcoming 2019 & 2020 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit, the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, headed by Provincial Director Renato G. Bernardino, conducted Orientation on the Revised 2019 and 2020 ADAC Performance Audit Indicator Reference and Hands-On Training on the ADAC-FMS on April 26, 2021 via Zoom Meetings application. The said activity was participated in by C/MLGOOs, LGU ADAC Focal Persons, DILG Nueva Ecija Cluster Team Leaders, and DILG Focal Persons.

 LGOO VII Ariel G. Espinosa and LGOO VII Danilo C. Rillera, Cluster Team Leaders, acknowledged the participants. Subsequently, LGOO VI Alfa Krista C. Reyes, Program Manager, delivered the welcome remarks and provided an overview of the activity. Program Manager Reyes emphasized the importance of the 2019 and 2020 ADAC audit as one of the criteria in the Seal of Good Local Governance 2021.

Taking over the nucleus of the activity were LGOO III Philip Nathan B. Moral and LGOO III Leovielyn H. Aduna who discussed the revised 2019 and 2020 ADAC performance indicator reference. LGOO III Moral also led the hands-on training of LGU encoders on the ADAC-FMS. LGOO III Maricar Janice C. Perez hosted the activity and moderated the open forum.

The ADAC Performance Audit aims to: (1) assess the functionality and effectiveness of local ADACs based on existing issuances and policies; (2) determine ADAC-initiated and/or endorsed innovations and best practices at all levels; (3) create a platform for evaluation and assessment, and (4) recognize the best, effective, and performing ADACs.
