SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE – The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region III spearheaded the conduct of the Orientation and Consultative Workshop on F.Y. 2017 Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) Program last August 23-25, 2017 at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

The said activity successfully served as a venue for the Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities Project Management Office (ADM PMO), Office of the Project Development Services (OPDS), DILG Region III, and DILG Provincial Offices to orient all concerned officials and functionaries on the approved policy guidelines and procedures in the implementation of the ADM Program and to conduct a consultative workshop on the action plans of all Municipalities in the immediate implementation of all ADMP Projects. Further, the preliminary documentary requirements together with the prescribed processes that all Municipalities need to comply and abide with were also thoroughly discussed.

The activity was participated by DILG Provincial Directors, Provincial Engineers, ADM Focal Persons/Focal Team Members, Municipal Mayors, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinators, Municipal Engineers, LGU ADMP Focal Persons, and Municipal Local Government and Operations Officers.

Likewise, Mr. Lambert Ramirez, Mr. Glenn Miranda, and Mr. Anthony Arvin Salazar of the LGSF-ADMP PMO together with Ms. Joemily Felicano and Mr. Felixberto Chua of the OPDS served as the resource speakers in presenting the guidelines and procedures in the implementation of the ADM Program.
