OLONGAPO CITY – COMELEC personnel headed by Atty. June T. Guiao, Election Officer IV presided the coordination meeting in preparation for the May 9, 2016 national and local elections. Plans, programs and the schedule of activities to be undertaken in ensuring a peaceful and orderly election were discussed.

Derick Manuel, the General Manager of Harbor Point Mall also joined the meeting representing their company. Harbor Point will be the polling place for Barangay Asinan, Olongapo City . Representatives of OEDC, the city's electricity provider also committed that no power interruption is scheduled from April 29 up to May 13, 2016.

Senior Officers of the PNP, Philippine Army, DepEd, SBMA Law enforcement Division, BJMP, DILG and the City Treasurer's Office also attended the activity.
