Access rights of the central, regional, provincial, city and municipal user accounts as well as the uses and functions each ELOPDS menu were also explained.

Further, the participants engaged on hands-on exercises for the actual application of the different functions, features and reports that can be generated from the system.

The ELOPDS is an on-line system developed by the Department which will serve as national database of local officials nationwide for the terms 2013-2016 and 2016-2019. It shall contain their political and personal profile which can be used in the regional and field operations in terms of providing capability interventions and issuance of relevant certifications for local officials.
