PAMPANGA - The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3 conducted the awarding ceremony of 2016 LTIA Regional Winners for the Barangays of Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga (1st to 3rd Class Municipality) and Cupang Proper, Balanga City, Bataan (Component City Category) on June 27, 2016 during the flag ceremony of their LGU.

A check amounting to P50,000.00 and a plaque was awarded by DILG Regional Director Florida M. Dijan together with PD Myra Moral- Soriano to Punong Barangay Norman Guila, along with Lupong Tagapamaya members. Likewise, ARD Araceli A. San Jose together with Asst. Division Chief Rolando D. Ocampo facilitated the conduct of the said awarding ceremony at the Municipality of Apalit, Pampanga.
In her message, RD Dijan commended the exemplary performance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa of Balanga City for their efficient and effective delivery of services on amicable settlement. She also mentioned that during the stint of the outgoing Mayor Jose Enrique S. Garcia III, he showed his dedication in good governance, with that she is hoping that the incoming Mayor Francis Garcia to surpass his accomplishments.
