The Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) convened jointly for the 3rd Quarter Regular Meeting in Balagtas Hall, Hiyas ng Bulakan, Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan on September 29, 2022.

 During the meeting, the new Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, PCOL Relly Bagasin Arnedo, reported the crime rate in the province with notable increase in robbery, rape, and theft. He however emphasized that the PNP crime efficiency rate increased, hence most of the crimes were solved or cases are filed in court.
Bulacan PDEA Provincial Officer Agent Dheo Aurio Tabor reported the increased number of drug cleared barangays from 39.7% last quarter to 46.22% as of September 2022. The Governor is hoping to attain the barangay drug clearing rate of 70% by the end of the year.
LTC Ronnel B Dela Cruz of the 70th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army, presented the sustained gains against insurgency in the province. The nine (9) target barangays for Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) which will hold the Serbisyo Caravan and Ugnayan sa Barangay in the coming months are likewise presented by the AFP and the DILG.
Gov. Daniel R. Fernando, while acknowledging the accomplishments of law enforcement agencies in the peace and order situation in the province, still emphasized the need to intensify the fight against illegal drugs and crimes through interventions from the grassroots - the barangay. He encouraged the Council and concerned government agencies to continue the drive and assure them of the support of the Provincial Government.
Lastly, the members of the reorganized PPOC, PADAC, PTF-ELCAC, and E-CLIP Committee, including the Civil Society Organizations (CSO) members, were also presented to the Council.
