In compliance with the semestral submission of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), DILG Nueva Ecija conducted a calibration of ratings for the 1st semester of CY 2022 on July 5, 2022 via Zoom meeting Application.

 During the activity, ADA IV Millicent Kaye I. Velasquez presented the timeline of submission of the required Individual Performance and Commitment Review (IPCR) forms with complete attachments. The IPCR template was provided to all personnel for the simultaneously setting up of performance ratings and accomplishment.

Afterwards, LGOO III Maricar Janice C. Perez presented the Office Performance and Commitment Review (OPCR) and discussed the rating of each success indicators based on the actual performance of each personnel using the SPMS standard rating guide.

The performance review aimed to simultaneously assess the performance of the Provincial Office and Field Offices personnel including contract of service personnel for 1st semester based on the performance targets and commitments of the office.

The activity was attended by the Provincial office staff and City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officer.
