LFP Bulacan in tandem with the Hagonoy Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) conducted separate inspections on the (3) three ongoing local access roads located in Brgy. San Agustin, San Sebastian, and Sta. Elena and the re-established evacuation center in Brgy. Sagrada Familia at Hagonoy, Bulacan. The projects were subsidized through the F.Y. 2021 Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Assistance Program (DRRAP 2021).

 Geographically, Hagonoy is a low-lying area surrounded by waters that nearly cover the land oftentimes during high tide and from floods caused by natural disasters. As a result, the town suffers from the consequences brought by severely damaged roads.

In response, the Bulacan LFP Team monitored the pre-to-post implementation of rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads with LGU Hagonoy as the implementing unit of the project. The team also inspected the re-established evacuation center to cater to the isolation of COVID-19 patients.
