Tarlac City, Tarlac. March 21, 2022 – The Provincial Government of Tarlac's Provincial Engineer's Office (PEO), together with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Tarlac and other participating local road management team project implementers, convened to present and discuss the Local Road Management Performance Assessment Tool (LRMPAT) for F.Y. 2021 Local Road Construction and Rehabilitation Project at the Bulwagan ng Gobernador.

Engr. III Cornelio M. Abad presented the updated LRMPAT specifying its 16 indicators,subjecting the respective offices concerned to monitor and update their Means of Verifications(MOVs) for its final submission on or before April 13, 2022.

With this, with the help of all participating offices, it was in agreement that the accumulated points verified by the officers-in-charge were indeed in accordance with their accomplishment of F.Y. 2021 road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance. Moreover, with a total of 78 road projects, including those under the Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP)
Program and Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Assistance Program (DRRAP), the local road management team summarizes all the documentary requirements needed to be passed on acquiring the highest grade for the stated fiscal year.

In addition to these, Engr. III Villamor N. Barriento, Jr. of DILG reiterated the importance of accomplishing the said report by all Local Government Units (LGUs). He also reminded the PEO to submit monthly monitoring and updating reports and projects. Lastly, he thanked everyone present in the meeting for the continuous support on the DILG Tarlac Provincial Office projects,
a reflection on the initiative, and commitment to continuing the brand of public service.

For the closing remarks, Roberto P. Ventura, the Provincial Administrator, restated the necessity of having a furnished copy of all the incoming and outgoing documents and reports. In general, the meeting was deemed worthy and fruitful since it served to establish answers to the office's clarifications and queries. Any forwarded disagreement was also given solutions.
