The DILG Tarlac, headed by Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, conducted its second Provincial Team Conference for the year 2022 via Zoom Meeting Conferencing and face to face platform last Monday, March 7, 2022, to update the team with the latest issues and guidelines, and accomplishments of DILG Tarlac.

 The highlights of the activity include the presentation of the department's status of the report submissions under the Capacity Development Section (CDS), the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), and the Financial and Administrative Section (FAS).

The activity also served as a channel for the planning officer, LGOO VI Jessica Esguerra, to discuss and update the team regarding the encoding of Individual Performance Commitment and Reviews (IPCRs) on the Performance Online Monitoring System.
