Four of the Province's local government units were given accolades for their relentless efforts and laudable implementation of the Manila Bay Clean-up, Rehabilitation, and Preservation Program last March 23, 2022 at Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

 The MANILA BAYani Awards and Incentives 2021 was hosted by the DILG Region 3. In the ceremony, the accomplishments and exemplary implementation of the top performing local government units and barangays were celebrated. Cash incentives were also given to the exemplary LGUs that came out on top of the assessments held last year.
The ceremony was attended by DILG officers, partner agencies, and local officials with the functionaries of their respective LGUs.
