The DILG Provincial Office of Pampanga kicked off the year with a New Year's call on January 4, 2021, led by Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia at the DILG PO Conference Room to set the direction of the team for 2022 and discuss strategies that will be responsive to the unique needs of each personnel as well as aimed at improving the overall performance of the Provincial Office.

 Following strict health protocols, the face-to-face activity provided a safe venue for everyone to catch up and share their insights and lessons of the previous year.

In her message, PD Fabia said that she was thankful to see everyone especially those who have battled the virus and survived. "I am happy to see that the team is complete and that everyone is healthy despite the struggles and challenges that we had to hurdle last year. I look forward to 2022 na sama-sama tayong lahat, malakas at sabay-sabay na lumalaban sa hamon ng 2022."
She also took the opportunity to reiterate the support of the Provincial Office to the DILG Pampanga Field Officers and solicit inputs from the FOs on how the office can provide further assistance to them in the efficient implementation of the DILG PPAs.

On another note, she directed the field officers to ensure that LGUs in their AORs are prepared for the surging cases on the omicron variant and continue to be vigilant.

In closing, PD Fabia imparted the ways forward and enjoined the cooperation and commitment of each member for a better, stronger and future-ready team in 2022.
