Sure enough, the end of a successful semester calls for a "brain break!"

Adding a twist to its routinary Zoom meeting of status reports and long list of matters to comply with, DILG Bataan launched yet another gimmick towards greater employee engagement called "Bataan Energizers, Skills and Trends" (BEST) Performance during the monthly Provincial Team Conference (PTC) on July 2, 2021.

 BEST Performance, which aims to get the attending field officers and provincial office personnel to relax and share their fun side, will be conducted per group or "quaranteam" in every PTC. For its kick-off, the assigned team facilitated Q&A portions as ice breakers in between reporting among sections, and gave their all-out performance anchored with the theme "Kalayaan" in reference to the month of June and the Independence Day.

Usual programming went on for the rest of the activities within the conference including presentation of upcoming activities per PPA, initiatives, accomplishments and reminders.

As the concluding highlight of the PTC, top five C/MLGOOs who performed well in the past semester were recognized by the Provincial Office. Ranking was determined using PROMPT (Provincial Reporting Online Management and Performance Tracking), a system used by DILG Bataan since 2019 to calibrate and monitor reports compliance from the field.
