The DILG Bulacan Provincial Office conducted its 3rd batch of "DILG Bulacan Contact Tracers' Virtual Training held on November 23-24, 2020 via online platform ZOOM. A total of 65 trainees attended the activity.

The two-day activity was aimed to capacitate the hired Contact Tracers with the adequate knowledge in identifying persons who may have come into contact with an infected/COVID-19 positive individual. Contact Tracing is vital for the National Government's response to mitigate the said virus because the sooner the cases will be reported to health officials and Local Government Units, the lower the risk of the COVID-19 virus spread.

The participants engaged in interactive activities such as sharing of outputs and ideas, role playing, question and answer portion, and video presentations.

LGOO VI/PM Carla Marie C. Turla thanked everyone for their participation, highlighting the importance of Contact Tracing and their roles as contact tracers.
