All Sangguniang Kabataan chairpersons in Pampanga answered the call for a harmonized recovery and rehabilitation effort of the province against the adverse effects of the pandemic through the webinar "KaSAMA KaBIDA Kabataang Sama-sama, Kabataan BIDA: Nagkakaisang Plano at Tugon sa mga Hamon ng COVID-19" held November 20, 2020.

The KaSAMA KaBIDA campaign is an initiative of the DILG Pampanga aiming to set a single horizon to SK officials in all 505 barangays in the province in terms of strategically utilizing the 10% SK Fund in hopes of ramping up the recovery and rehabilitation efforts.

Highlighted in this activity is the plan harmonization and alignment of their budget utilization in bringing and preparing the youth on the new normal.

Pampanga SK Federation President Gabriel Moshe Lacson said in his message that despite the constraints brought by pandemic, the service for Cabalen youths will remain unhampered.

"We the SK will always adjust and adapt to the challenges of pandemic.

DILG Pampanga Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V then assured that the DILG is thankful and will always lend a hand to the Kapampangan youth in providing platforms to showcase their talents, skills in governance, and their passion to serve the country.
