DILG Nueva Ecija, in coordination with Central Luzon State University (CLSU) – partner Local Resource Institute (LRI), conducted the 2019 Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) Utilization Conference (UC) of the Municipality of Llanera on November 26, 2020 via Zoom Meetings Application. The UC is the 5th step in the process of CSIS which aims to present the data gathered by the LRI to the Local Government Unit (LGU).

 The CSIS is a program of the National Government which aims to collect and generate relevant citizens' feedback on local governments' service delivery performance and other citizens' general satisfaction. The results of the CSIS will be the basis of the Municipality of Llanera in formulating their Citizen-Driven Priority Action Plan (CPAP), a set of initiatives that will address the identified gaps on the service delivery.

During the activity, Mayor Ronnie Roy G. Pascual expressed his gratitude to everyone. "Bagamat alam natin na naibibigay natin ang pangangailangan ng mga taong nasasakupan natin, maganda ito na malalaman natin kung ano pa ang pwede nating maibigay, at mas mahigitan pa natin ang serbisyong naibibigay natin." Mayor Pascual said.

The activity was participated in by Local Officials and Functionaries of the Municipality of Llanera, including the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), Key Officials of CLSU, and personnel from DILG Regional and Provincial Office.
