The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Region III, through the Local Government Capability Development Division, spearheaded the Ease of Doing Business Forum on December 17, 2019 at Fontana Leisure Park, Clark Freeport Zone.

Pursuant to RA 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the activity was conducted to advocate the EODB Law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) to the LGUs of Central Luzon specifically those Local Functionaries who are providing frontline services to the public.
