GUIGUINTO, BULACAN – During the Provincial Team Conference, the Online Capacity Market System (OCDMS) was introduced to DILG Bulacan field officers on October 15, 2019 at the Municipality of Guiguinto, Bulacan.

In her discussion, LGOO V Maria Christine De Leon stated that OCDMS is a one-stop market website showcasing the demand and supply sides of the capacity development. It was created to address Local Governments Units' (LGU) capacity development needs with the current program offerings of service providers.

Through this, Local Resource Institutes (LRIs)/CapDev Service Providers can showcase their capacity development interventions/services to LGUs by offering their capdev requirements. LGUs interested in capacity building services only need to upload their CapDev Agenda
