The last leg of DILG Pampanga's Constitutional Reform roadshow concluded at the Lubao Gymnasium on November 28, 2019, with the Balangayan 2019 attended by barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials from the Province's 21 LGUs and Angeles City.


The Balangayan 2019 is the biggest in the series of advocacy activities in the province, and fittingly so as the campaign reinforces its message on constitutional reform at the grassroots level to reach a wider audience.
VMLP president Michael Galang led the roster of speakers on the four pillars of CoRe. LnB president Renato Mutuc, SK Provincial Federation president Gabriel Moshe Lacson, and PIA Regional Director William Beltran were also among the guests.
PD Myrvi Apostol Fabia said that the Department's CoRe advocacy is instrumental in the country's pursuit for progress and economic growth , and called on the local officials to join the Department in raising awareness on the benefits of the proposed constitutional reforms to their respective communities.
To close the Balangayan 2019, participants took a pledge of commitment led by BM Lacson.
