Headed by Local Government Regional Resource Center 3 Manager ARD Jay E. Timbreza, the LGGRC 3 Composite Team facility heads and members gathered on October 11, 2019 at Terrace Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone to identify innovations for the center to be implemented in the next two years.

With the meeting consecutively held after the Facilitating Adult Learning: Communication Skills Enhancement (FALCON), LGOOs III to V presented their outputs on the public speaking training, wherein they proposed various projects that would further promote community engagement in the LGRRC 3.

The LGRRC 3 is set to bring the LGRRC to the communities--down to the barangays, as part of its information education and communication campaign.

Furthermore, LGRRC 3 is gearing towards being more visible and accessible online, so that other stakeholders may have easy access to the center and its resources.
