BUSTOS, BULACAN – The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3, thru the Project Development and Management Section (PDMS), led the conduct of the Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs) Quarterly Assessment and Calibration of Status Reports cum DevLIVE Regional Roll-Out on September 10-12, 2019 at Galilee Mansion and Garden Resort, Bustos, Bulacan.

The activity was participated in by the LFP Regional Focal Teams, Provincial Focal Persons, Provincial Engineers, and Provincial Community Development Officers.

Aside from the usual presentations, reconciliation of project status, and assessment of targets, the activity also successfully served as an avenue to roll-out the operational guidelines of the DevLIVE mobile application. DevLIVE is an application created through the partnership of the Department with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It is a new application used to collect the responses of project beneficiaries to gauge and assess its over-all impact to the LGUs.

Focal persons from the Support to Local Governance Program – Project Management Office (SLGP-PMO), led the presentation of the standard procedures in using and handling the app. Selected LGUs in the Province of Bulacan were also visited to do an actual field testing of the application and gather initial feedbacks from the citizens.

In his message, LG-CDD Chief Ener P. Cambronero, encouraged everyone to continue exerting their best efforts to meet or even exceed the targets set in the Annual Operations Plan and Budget (AOPB). "Let us not rest on our laurels", he added in conclusion.
