SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE –DILG Region 3 conducted the Post-Evaluation and Analysis of LGU Competency Assessment Results on February 18, 2019 at the Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel, SBFZ.

The activity was participated in by the City and Provincial Assessment Teams (C/PATs) to analyze the results gathered thru the competency assessment tools accomplished by the Local Government Unit (LGU) functionaries. The assessment aims to identify specific competency gaps of the LGUs and the bridging they may require. A workshop was facilitated at the end of the activity to evaluate the previous competency assessments. This will be the basis in the preparation of capacity development activities for 1st-3rd class municipalities.
