RD Julie J. Daquioag, Ph. D., CESO IV emphasized the importance of mental preparedness of families and barangays through being cognizant of the Operation L!sto during the Regional Launching of the Operation L!sto Disaster Preparedness Manual Version 3.0 and MAHUSAY: Mga Kuwentong Listo ng Gitnang Luzon at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on March 28, 2019.

The activity was attended by Region III Provincial Listo Teams and Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (RDRRMC) members National Government Agencies (NGAs) who received Local Government Unit (LGU) Disaster Preparedness Manual for City and Municipal LGUs.
An audio-visual presentation on the Listo version 3.0 which discussed the improvements of the current Operation L!sto version was also played before unveiling the Operation L!sto Disaster Preparedness Manual version 3.0 together with the MAHUSAY: Mga Kuwentong Listo ng Gitnang Luzon.

"MAHUSAY" is an initiative of the Local Government – Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LG-MED) which features the compilation of the best practices of disaster preparedness in Central Luzon.

Moreover, the bereaved family of the Typhoon Ompong casualty was awarded financial assistance worth more than Php360,000.00 in the latter part of the program.

DILG-MED Chief Lerrie S. Hernandez concluded the program through her synthesis and closing remarks. She encouraged LGUs to maximize the protocols of Operation L!sto 3.0 for disaster preparedness for them to also have an opportunity to be highlighted in MAHUSAY releases.
