The DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Staff joined the Pasa Lord Prayer Movement, led by LGOO II Leovielyn H. Aduna at exactly 12 noon of February 7, 2019 at the Conference Room, DILG NE Provincial Office, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. After the Prayer Movement, Dir. Bernardino encouraged everyone to make this a habit every noon to spare a minute and fervently pray for the country.

This universal prayer seeks God's favor, blessings and guidance for leaders, safekeeping of families and grace to live at peace with one another. It also asks for an armor of protection from foreign invasion, lawless acts, terrorism and war, as it seeks peace, unity, prosperity and transformation for the nation. This also seeks for the country to be united in prayer regardless of the religious affiliation.

The "Pasa Lord" urges the Filipinos to pray for the entire peace and to help ease the country's problems.
