October 16-17 2018, Subic Bay Traveler's Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone– "Let's continue to respect each other, learn to trust one another and treat each and every one with care. If we are able to do all these things, everything will follow."- these are the words that our DILG- Region III Regional Director Julie J. Daquioag highlighted during the Roll-Out Training on the People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) Online Database Systems (PODS) and PLEB Legal Skills Enhancement.

The recent events and relevant developments in our country today urge a current push to strengthen the PLEBs to empower citizens. There were about hundred (100) of participants, PLEB Chairman and PLEB members, attended the activity from 32 LGUs in Nueva Ecija. All have actively participated and attentively noted important reminders delivered by the guest resource speaker Atty. Manuel Pontanal, Acting Chairman, Regional Appellate Board of NAPOLCOM. The PLEB Legal procedures and forms were thoroughly tackled and emphasized during the activity.

"Ang pagpapalakas sa PLEB ay hindi nangangahulugan na ang Kapulisan ay ating mga kaaway. Ngunit ang kapangyarihan na kung mayroon man mga anomalya o kamalian, ang pag aksyon ay inilalagay sa inyong mga kamay. Thus it is also our duty to help good cops remain good!" uttered by DILG-Nueva Ecija Provincial Director.
