PALAYAN CITY, Nueva Ecija – "The darkest hour of your lives is now over, your dawn is about to start. Be better fathers, mothers, children, and partners. Do this for yourselves and families."

 Thus commended DILG Region III Assistant Regional Director Jay E. Timbreza the 150 resident graduates of the Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) during their 12th Sendoff Ceremony on October 12, 2018, in this town.

The graduates underwent the 6-12 month treatment program of the Mega DATRC as part of the government's efforts to reintegrate drug surrenderers back to society and contribute in progressive nation building.

The Mega DATRC is a 2,000-resident-capacity government drug abuse treatment facility that provides quality, responsive and equitable holistic interventions for individuals with substance abuse condition.

Present during ceremony are Mega DATRC OIC-Dir Dr. Nelson J. Dancel, DOH Nueva Ecija provincial officers, Palayan Water District General Manager Engr. Gerardo Lope L. Calling, and other partner agencies.
