In order to assess how the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales is faring in terms of implementation of its programs, projects and activities (PPAs), the DILG Zambales spearheaded by Provincial Director Armi V. Bactad, CESO V, conducted a two (2) day Mid-Year Program Review and Evaluation and Team Building Activity last August 23-24, 2018 held at Vista Marina Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

On the first part of the two (2) day activity, the Semestral Assessment on the Implementation of PPAs was presented and discussed by Planning Officer LGOO VI Reden V. Vergara while the Status of Locally-Funded Projects was discussed by Provincial Engineer Peter Rick C. Navora. The team also discussed the issues and concerns on the Implementation of PPAs, formulated strategies and finalized the schedules of Implementation of Action Plan.

The activity also served as a venue for the team to strengthen and enhance the capacities and interpersonal relationships among the DILG Zambales team through team building activities. Several outdoor and indoor group activities were conducted to deepen the spirit of camaraderie among the team members.

The two-day team bonding events have brought the team foster skills like communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
