The newly-elected officers of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines and Philippine Councilors' League Pampanga Chapter took their oath of office on August 19, 2019, before Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda in a simple ceremony held at the Executive House, Capitol Building, City of San Fernado, Pampanga.

The league officers pledged to perform their duties and responsibilities consistent with the objectives of their respective federations. Meanwhile, Governor Pineda congratulated the newly sworn officials and reiterated his commitment to support the endeavors of the provincial leagues.
Present to witness the momentous event were DILG Pampanga Provincial Director Myrvi Fabia, LnB President Renato Mutuc, PDRRMO Angie Blanco, and Board Members Cherry Manalo, Olga Frances David-Dizon, and Anthony Joseph Torres.
