Barangay Governance Performance Management System (BGPMS)

Developed to measure the effective delivery of services and accomplishments in the performance of the barangay functions as mandated in the 1991 Local Government Code and other related issuances.       
It is aimed to:

• Determine  and  assess the level of compliance  of the barangay in  the identified service areas through the BGPMS scoring  and rating system
• Identify and define problems by area and    determine    the    corrective measures  to  be  installed by area.
