The DILG Bulacan greeted the new year through the conduct of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Calibration of Ratings of Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) of personnel on January 4 and 5, 2024. The individual and organizational accomplishments per target indicator were rated according to their quality, efficiency, and timeliness of completion. The DILG Field Officers were met jointly by their Cluster Heads Lydia Baltazar and Judith Romero, while the DILG Provincial Office personnel were handled by Program Manager Gerald Cabarles.
The Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) is a mechanism that links employee performance with organizational performance to enhance the performance orientation of the compensation system. It ensures that the employee achieves the objectives set by the organization, and the organization, on the other hand, achieves the objectives that it has set as its strategic plan.
