The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bulacan, together with other National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Resource Institutes (LRIs), and partners, convened on September 30, 2024, for the 3rd Quarter MSAC Meeting.
The highlight of the event was the discussion on updates regarding the E-LGRC, where all government documents, services, news, and events provided by national agencies and local government units will be made available in one website. Also discussed were the council's previous accomplishments, upcoming activities, the proposed physical LGRC, and the inclusion of all offices in Bulacan in the MSAC.
The MSAC (Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council) is a network of organizations that serves as a partner and service provider for LGRCs. It is composed of LRIs, NGAs, civil society organizations (CSOs), and LGU leagues. In Bulacan, MSAC includes the DILG, PNP, BFP, DTI, PIA, BENRO, PENRO, BCCI, PPAO, PITO, VMLP, LnB, BulSU, BPC, ACCCPI, DOST, PDRRMO, SK Federation, TESDA, and MSAC members from Meycauayan City.
