October 7,2025 | Bulacan once again takes the lead in advancing good governance and digitization as it officially launched the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Champion Program — the pioneering reward and incentive initiative in Central Luzon that aims to inspire LGUs to advance competitiveness through streamlined business processes and digital innovation.
Participated by various national government agencies, stakeholders, and partners — the grand launching of EODB Champion Program served as a significant milestone in promoting efficiency and innovation in promoting streamline business processes, reduce bureaucracy and strengthen digital innovation in public service.
Remarkably, Bulacan was named a finalist in the “2025 Most Business-Friendly LGU” Award, further affirming the province’s unwavering commitment to fostering a vibrant, transparent, and investor-friendly LGU where businesses thrive and progress translates for an improved quality of life for the Bulakenyos.
The activity was graced by Sec. Ernesto V. Perez, Director General of ARTA, Gov. Daniel R. Fernando, Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro and other local officials of the province.
