City of Malolos, Bulacan – The Provincial Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) Committee of the Province of Bulacan convened for 3rd Quarter on September 17, 2024 in PSWDO Conference Room, Capitol Compound.
DILG Bulacan, represented by LGOO VI Gerald Cabarles, discussed the proposed expansion of committee membership to strengthen the monitoring of the recipient beneficiaries and partner agencies commitment as part of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Mechanism of DILG DND Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01, series of 2021. Further, issues regarding firearm remuneration and possible construction of halfway houses were also tackled by the Committee.
The Provincial E-CLIP Committee is chaired by the Provincial Governor, co-chaired by Infantry Battalion Commander of the AFP, and composed of DILG, PSWDO, PNP, CSO, and other representatives of the Provincial Peace and Order Council.
