LOOK | The DILG Bulacan, in coordination with the Provincial Planning and Development Office and the Provincial Information Technology Office, participated in the pilot testing of the Online CapDev Market System (OCDMS) facilitated by the Local Government Academy on May 7, 2025, at the PPDO Conference Room.
The Online CapDev Market System (OCDMS), also known as CapDev8, is designed as a one-stop market platform showcasing both the demand and supply sides of local government capacity development. It aims to match the capacity development needs of LGUs with the available program offerings of service providers, thereby supporting the initiation and implementation of relevant interventions.
