The newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Provincial Federation Officers, headed by SK President Casey Estrella Howard, took their oath before Governor Daniel R. Fernando of the Province of Bulacan.
The activity was witnessed by Vice Governor Alex Castro, DILG Bulacan Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, Provincial Administrator Antonia Constantino, Outgoing SK President Robert John Myron Nicolas, and Special Assistant to the Governor, Michael Angelo Lobrin.
