To prepare the LGUs on the implementation of the FY 2020 Assistance to Municipalities (AM 2020) Program, DILG Bataan held the Provincial Orientation on the Policy Guidelines of FY 2020 AM via Zoom platform on September 4, 2020.
The online activity discussed the salient features of the FY 2020 AM program and the responsibilities of the LGUs and DILG to ensure the efficient implementation of the projects.
In her message, DILG Bataan Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano highlighted that through the guidelines, the government can ensure the integrity of the projects and monitor them properly thru the Subaybayan portal.
DILG R3 Capability Development Division Chief Ener Cambronero likewise assured the participants that the Regional Office will assist the LGUs in promptly addressing their concerns related to the AM implementation.
Attendees of the activity included the DILG Bataan MLGOOs and LGU functionaries. Capability Division Section headed by LGOO V Johnny Mandocdoc facilitated the online orientation with the support of the Project Development and Management Section (PDMS) of DILG R3.
DILG Bataan, in partnership with the LGUs, oaths to continuously deliver public service to the Bataeno communities amidst the on-going pandemic.
