A Citizens Satisfaction Index Survey (CSIS) Utilization Conference facilitated by DILG Bataan on January 24, 2020 revealed that Bagakenos reflected high satisfaction ratings to nearly all service areas indicated in the survey.

LGOO V Johnny Mandocdoc and LGOO II Laverne Gonzeles, Jr. of DILG Bataan presented the survey results to the local functionaries of the municipality.

Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), DILG's partner local research institute (LRI), surveyed 30 sample spots in the municipality that were systematically allocated to Bagac's 14 barangays to achieve a random result.

The survey focused on the awareness, availing the services and satisfaction of the Bagakenos to the programs and projects initiated by the municipal government of Bagac. Service areas of support to education, health services and social welfare got the highest scores on the said survey.

CSIS is a set of data and mechanisms designed to generate relevant citizens' feedback on the local governments' service delivery performance. It is an effective tool in addressing the 'gaps' in LGU performance to improve local governance.
