To prepare the LGUs on the implementation of the GAD Plan and Budget Monitoring System (GADPBMS), DILG Bataan conducted an orientation at DILG Bataan Provincial Office, City of Balanga, Bataan on January 14, 2020.

GADPBMS is an online system which will be a repository of reports for the LGUs’ Gender and Development Plan and Budget (GPB) and GAD Accomplishment Reports (ARs).

ITO I Melerie Pineda and Database Administrator Paul David of the Capability Development Division (CDD) of DILG Regional Office III were the resource persons on the said activity.

LGU encoders from the provincial, city and municipal level created their respective GAD accounts and were trained on the over-all processes of GADPBMS. The timeline in the submission of GPB 2021 and GAD AR 2019 were also discussed on the said orientation.
