DILG Bataan officially launched the Bataan Official Netizen Lounge Information Net Expo (ONLINE) before the Sanggunian participants of STEP UP! Workshop at Segara Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone on October 30, 2019.

About the System
Bataan ONLINE is a system that assists local government officials through online transactions. These initially include the issuance of Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Services Rendered for local officials and Certificate of Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) Compliance.

The system is an initiative and strategy of DILG Bataan to strengthen its internal process through optimization of the use of technology in daily operations.

Bataan ONLINE is in line with RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Act that aims to fast-track frontline transactions through streamlining of processes by limiting the interactions of the requesting party with NGAs, LGUs and government-owned and controlled operations.
